Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Bonda Kiddo’s services or programs.
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Bonda Kiddo’s services, programs, and website. By registering your child, using our services, or engaging in our licensing opportunities, you agree to abide by these terms.
Preschool & Playschool Enrollment
Registration is subject to availability and confirmation by Bonda Kiddo. Parents must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. Bonda Kiddo reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.
Child’s Safety & Conduct
Parents must ensure their child is medically fit to attend. Allergies or medical conditions must be declared during registration. Bonda Kiddo takes reasonable measures for safety, but parents remain primarily responsible for their child’s wellbeing. Repeated disruptive behaviour may result in dismissal after due discussion with parents.
Learning Materials & Curriculum
All teaching materials, curriculum, and intellectual property belong to Bonda Kiddo. Parents may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without written permission. Curriculum and programs may be updated from time to time.
Licensing & Business Opportunity
All licensing agreements are subject to HQ approval. Licensees must comply with brand guidelines, operational standards, and training requirements. Licenses are non-transferable without written consent. Misuse of brand name, curriculum, or intellectual property will result in termination.
Payment & Refund Policy
Registration fees, deposits, and tuition fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases at management’s discretion. For licensing, all fees and royalties must be paid on time as per agreement.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will be used only for administrative and educational purposes. Bonda Kiddo will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Bonda Kiddo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Parents remain responsible for their child’s belongings, health, and behaviour.
Amendments
Bonda Kiddo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via our official website or directly to parents/licensees.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
